NW Flex Space Rules and Regulations

NW Flex Space provides our Rules and Regulations document to help guide users regarding their responsibilities while using our facilities and grounds. These documents are updated periodically and are subject to change. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and Regulations and the terms of a user’s lease, license, or other written agreement (“Contract”), the terms of the Contract shall govern. NW Flex Space reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. NW Flex Space reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these Rules and Regulations in its sole discretion, including determining when exceptions may be made. Failure by NW Flex Space to enforce any rule or regulation shall not be deemed a waiver of its right to enforce that rule or any other rule in the future. If any provision of these Rules and Regulations is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
